If you choose our dedicated server backup, we guarantee that all business-critical data is backed up right to the moment catastrophe strikes, and ready to serve again so that you don't have to worry.

When networks are at their quietest (between midnight and 2am), this is when we carry out backup, in order to avoid any unnecessary disruption to your business.

All of our backup options offer 10GB of secure storage space as standard and free recovery of data in the event of total loss.

Advanced Veritas backup for Windows

We provide full management of the backup solution and will complete the recovery process as and when this is required. Recovery is provided 24/7 and the recovery process begins as soon as the request is received.


With Veritas, a complete image of the machine is taken and this saved "image" can be loaded directly back onto the server in full as required - every single setting that was on the machine originally is restored.

As a result, there is no longer the need to reinstall and reconfigure the machine before recovering the data. This saves a great deal of time during the recovery process, and is one of the reasons that Veritas backup is able to lay claim to providing the fastest disk based recovery on the market.

The total amount of storage is limited, as with all backup solutions, and our dedicated team of engineers will work closely with you when putting this managed hosting solution together.

There are some occasions when the standard quotas are not sufficient to meet customers' needs and, if this is the case, we will work with you to put a more appropriate backup solution in place.

BackUp Cycle
We use NetVault to take weekly full system backups (which include all data, users and system configuration information) in addition to daily incremental backups. This allows us to provide a total system restore of data from any day within the current full backup cycle.

Data Restore
The time taken to restore data is obviously dependent upon the amount of data to be restored. The approximate date restore rate is 2GBs data every 10 minutes. We are able to restore full systems or individual files depending on what your requirement is.
